1. There will be two examinations in
addition to unit test during the
year for classes IX and X, to check
the progress of the ward during the
year and the progress reports will
keep the parents informed of the
progress of their study.
2. There will be Four Quarterly
Assessment for classes I to VIII in
line with the Continuous and
Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) to check
the progress of the ward during the
year and the progress report will
keep the parents informed of the
progress of their study.
3. The Progress Report is to be
signed by the parents and returned
to school on the following day.
4. The final examination of IX and X
held on March/April will be
considered as the promotion
examination, but the marks secured
at the previous examinations tests
and assessments of the ward will be
taken into account for promotion.
5. The results of the Final
Assessments are final and will not
be considered.
6. Attendance of pupils should be
80% except on medical grounds.
7. Pupil absent from examinations
without grave reason will be
considered as having failed from
class IX onwards. No provisions are
made for re-tests for pupils who are
absent from the test and
examinations.
